Hi. Haven't used my Surge for some months and it needs synching. Problem is, I can't remember how to synch on my PC (Win 7). Have checked dashboard and settings but can't find any "button" that starts the synch process.
Where in the account do I go for synching?

On the PC you need to open the fitbot connect software and sync it that way
Use the fitbit Icon in your system tray Or use Start/All Programs/Fitbit Connect. Open the Main Menu and choose Sync Now.

Hope you're having an excellent day @Blues1234! It's great to know that you want to get back on track!
As @WendyB mentioned you will have the "Fitbit Connect" option in your computer, if you haven't done any updates for it. Take a look of this pictures that @PureEvil gave in this post to have a better idea where you have that option.
If you do the research with the option on the main manu and it is not there, you can download it again here and log in into your existing account. Please note that you'll need to plug in the "Wireless Dongle" to connect with your Surge.
Good luck with your new daily routines. Give it a shot and let me know if that works!

Thanks Wendy and Yojana. I took the easy way out and downloaded the app onto my smart phone. The synch function was right there, and it worked a treat!
Seems my smart phone is smarter than my PC; and both are smarter than me!
Thanks for your help. Have a great New Year.

It's great to see you again here @Blues1234! Thank you for getting back to share the good news. I don't think that they are smarted than you, since they need a person to be managed! But I enjoyed your joke, once in a while is good to laugh at yourself.
