Syncing two fitbits

Hi, I currently have a fitbit surge but want to buy the HR (surge is too bulky) and use the surge only to track my runs/walk as it has the GPS. Does anyone know if I can sync both fitbits to the same account on my phone...will they conflict each other? Does anyone know please?  Hope this make sense? TIA cheers, Jen 🙂

I thought that the One Plus X is using Android as its base of the operating system, so why would it not work with the surge?

Have you tried downloading the app and logging in with your account?

If you check online the Fitbit is only compatible with one plus one which sucks because one plus is on a three now. I worked with so many Fitbit customer care people last night and none could help except telling me to post and ask for compatibility here

It's great to have you here in the Forums @Tesha! Have you tried to download the Fitbit App in your phone and sync them, as @Giorgos241 mentioned above, it might work. I had the same predicament with my phone, but I tried to download the App and it did sync; it lets me receive notifications also, the only thing is that it something takes a moment to finally synk but it helps a lot when you don't have a computer around. 

Since your phone is built with Bluetooth v4.0, A2DP, which has similar protocol to the Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology that Fitbit tracker uses, it might work. If your phone is using Android 6.0 or plus check @ErickFitbit post for better results. On September of this year Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow was released for the OnePlus X, so check your phone settings for the latest version too.
