The arrow picture - that is shown when the surge is out of battery and is connected to his charger - doesn't dissapear 😞 and non of the buttons doesn't do anything. What can I do?

 

**I've tried to restart it three-four times and it's always back.

This is exactly what my Surge is doing plus I had a red LCD light on the right side that was on but now is not. If you figure this out please let me know. Thanks.

@Tomer_x8; @Andrew654 If your Surge is still under warranty contact Customer Service. If not, as a last resort for a home remedy allow the battery to drain to zero. This takes about 24 hours after the display goes blank. Once you are convinced the battery is at zero, plug it in and charge then restart. This may or may not work. Good luck!
