The heart rate history is not registering on the app

I have a surge and the heart rate history is not registering on my app graph, I have to switch my phone off and back on for it to show. Everything else is showing and updating and the heart beat reading is showing on the front tile.

I have tried the sync now function and checked it is connected via Bluetooth. The fact that everything else is working tells me it is not a connection problem so not sure how to get it to sync. My wife got one the same day and hers is doing exactly the same thing so wonder if it is an app problem?

I'm happy to see you here in the Forums for the first time @Kellyfarrant! That's a pretty weird thing. If both are having the same issue, I'd like to know which model of phone you're using to see your stats. Most of the time logging out and back in do the trick. If it's possible for you to reply with a screenshot of your heart rate graphs, that would be very helpful as well. Smiley Embarassed

Hope to see you soon here, I'll be around! Heart

I have a surge and am having the same issue. I have the iPhone 6 I think. Plus when it does update it gives me really weird midnight high heart rates. I'm pretty much dead asleep so I would like to know whether or not that's accurate!

Welcome to the Forums @KWatkins82! It looks like a different issue, in your case I would like to know if you're tracking your sleep with the option "Sensitive" or "Normal". You can check this on your Fitbit.com Dashboard under Settings > Surge. Are you being taking medications recently or being sick (headaches or just a temporary flu)? Smiley Frustrated

If the answer is no, please restart your tracker and give it a try again. If the issues persist, reach me back and next time a graph would be of great help.

Keep me posted on the resolution! Heart

My problem has never resolved. I am using an iPhone SE. It is clearly an app problem as when I clear my open
Apps it then resets up to that point. It's very frustrating.

Hi there @Kellyfarrant! Thanks for getting back. Have you updated your Fitbit App, it just have an update a couple of days ago. It's pretty weird that you have to force quit the App to get that information.

Please, check that and let me know if this fixed the issue! Smiley Happy
