The strap on my Surge is bubbling up.

This is my second Surge. The first was replaced because the strap bubbled up.

This one has now gone the same way.

How do I get a replacement for this one?

Hi, @urbun, you will need to get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support at contact.fitbit.com and they will let you know your options.

 

In most countries the warranty is for one year (two years in the European Economic Area).  The warranty date is from first purchase, not from the date of any previous replacement.  

 

If your Surge is no longer covered by warranty I have noticed that Fitbit often offers loyal customers a discount on a new product.
