The wristband of the Surge has come off

I no longer have the package for my surge and the wristband has come off, I am trying to register my surge on square trade and I am getting nowhere.   Under Fitbit the surge isn't even listed, plus I don't have a serial number....any advice?

There is a phone number for the USA, an online chat option and web based email for those out of the area.

 

They should be able to help. Keep us informed.

Fitbit is sending me a replacement watch!  So it all worked out!  Thanks for the help.
