I bought my Surge in July 2015. Before decide to buy my first electonice wear device, I search the articles and intruction by google and Baidu search engine. Almost everyone said fitbit is the most expensive bu the best. I's exhausted to recharge my iphone 6 plus everyday, even half a day if watch the movie or online playing. Fitbit declare its Surge sustain time more than one week, that is really attractive. Although the apple is much more popular than fitbit in China, I bought one surge, the similar price to the low brand Apple Watch. Because I need thewatch small and smart with long time battery capacity.
I got my Surge in Taobao.com, the biggest online shopping site.
My surge bring me so many happy function and datas about my exercing and sleep. It also particpate me to travel many places, Bangkok of Thailand and Huang Moutains of China PR etc. I really really love it.
But two weekd ago, its battery become weak and weak.The sustain time is only 4 hours after one charge.
I try to contact fitbit China, their help telepone 4000188271 is always no one responding. No ONE responding ALL The TIME. I have to send the email to fibit.com for help. They said they only give the warranty to the product bought from their authorized retailers. I look around the page with the list. NO ONE is in China market. The online payment of overseas shop is difficult for the banks account. How can I got the surge from the listed retailer.
I just want to know, if my surge is produced by fitbit?
Does Fitbit treat the customer by country or human race in different way.
