Touch screen not working

I have the surge and it is having trouble syncing (will not unless I do it manually).  The touch screen no longer work.  It was acting up, but I would restart it would work again.  Now it will not work at all and i have to manually sync.  HELP!!

If you have restarted it many times then its time to contact support
