All other features of my surge runs quite well, except the treadmill running pace, i did adjust the stride length in the website, but it didnt help. Anyone got some ideas to tackle this problem? Thx~ mates
I don't know where you see "Pace" on the Surge, but the actual Treadmill activity does not have Pace as an option to view, just Steps, HR, Calories, & Clock.
I am keeping my charge HR for this reason. You use the button on it then get on the treadmill when your done go to dashboard and change workout to run then go back in app and it will give you the pace. Then have the surge for outside run and not lugging my phone around.
