Does anyone know how to turn off this feature? I hate it.

That specific option appears when you're using a feature for the first time or you're new in Fitbit, you can go next to get the next screen until the end and it shouldn't appear after that! So, basically you will have to read all the information and once you've done so; this feature will be gone!
