Turn off hourly tracking Surge

I accidentally turned on the Hourly Tracking feature in the Surge and now I can't turn it off. The instructions say to go to the Gear in the Android App, and there is no option for reminders there. I can hold down the gear and reminder settings shows on the screen but it's not clickable. The instructions also say I can go to the fitbit.com and turn off the hourly tracking in the devices menu, but I don't see it there either. The only option I appear to have is to change the hours. How do I turn it off?

Welcome to the Fitbit Forums @vmgreek! I see where the confusion is. The hourly tracker you can turn off is only available when your tracker has the reminders to move option. Otherwise, you can only hide the tile in both dashboards. To do so, you will need to follow these instructions:

In the Fitbit app:

- Tap and hold the tile until you see a red "x".

- Drag it to the x and release.

In the Online Dashboard:

- Hover your click to the left lowest corner of the tile and you will find a gear icon.

- Click on the trashcan located next to "hourly activity goal".

- Click on "remove".

That way you will be able to deactivate this hourly activity tracker.

I hope this clarifies your inquiry.
