Hi @nasserawadalla welcome to the Community! f you aren’t tracking runs or exercises that use GPS, your fully charged Fitbit Surge should last up 7 days. I recommend checking other tips to maximize your tracker's battery life. If the issue persists after trying my recommendations the best step is contacting support so they can evaluate your case.

My battery isn't lasting long either. I had to charge it Saturday afternoon and this morning it barely made it through my walk. And I just went to sync it now that I am at work and it says the battery is low again.

Is this something normal?

I'm getting 2 days Max on my new surge. This is ridiculous! 😞  Right now I'm #41 in line for live chat.

What else is continuous on your watch?  Hr. rate?  Did you delete the Bluetooth settings out of your phone as well?  I found on my Alien ware laptop that there is 3 Bluetooth signals the Bluetooth adapter has active.

  1. for the dongle
  2. for classic (notifications for text etc.)
  3. for syncing to your phone, computer etc.

You can turn off your adapter, but clear your phones Bluetooth connected devices.  Most phones... heck all use the Wi-Fi adapter to push Bluetooth.  That is why your 4G gets crapping when your phone is Blue toothed to a car, etc.

If you have an Android turn off your Bluetooth, go into settings, Application Manager/ Go over until you get to running programs (and STOP every instance of Bluetooth you can see in the Running Applications.

Restart your phone and see if the Bluetooth services are still running in the background on your phone.

They shouldn’t be but if they are that could be the reason why your Surge is not lasting.... maybe not?

Hope this helps a bit.

🙂
