Unable to connect Bluetooth Classic and Bluetooth headphones no longer work

Hi, I hope someone might be able to help here?
As per above, I'm unable to connect Bluetooth classic to my surge (I have an iPhone 6). It searches for it and on occasion the pairing code comes up on the surge, but it's never found on my phone. My Bluetooth headphones also now no longer play so I'm wondering whether the two are linked?
I've switched off both the Fitbit and the phone, disconnected Bluetooth etc.
Any further suggestions I could try?
Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the Fitbit Forums @newbieandrea! I'd definitely verify if the Surge is connected to your phone's Bluetooth. If it's, try to unpair it and follow the troubleshoot provided here. If the issue persists, please be sure to reach out to our Support Team. I know that they're always happy to listen to your experience and provide different options for you, if needed!

Let me know how it goes.

I just retried it and it suddenly paired no problem!
Hopefully all will be ok now 🙂
