Unable to connect my surge to my phone app

I have had my surge for about 5 months now and suddenly it won't sync with my phone or laptop and I have tried all the recommendations that you suggest on your site at least 3 times and still no luck can someone please help

My surge stopped connecting with my smartphone. Tried connecting with hard wire to my pc but didn't readily sink up. Also the sensor light stays lite even though I am not wearing it.

Got it to sync, finally. Had to unpair, then repair again.

What did you do to successfully connect it?
I have been trying for a couple of days now - the iOs app recognizes it, then remains stuck at the "Connecting to Tracker…" message.

 

I'm at my wits' end…

There are different ways to get the Surge to reconnect. If my iOs can't find the device, I try these things:
- Restart my phone (a cold start). If this doesn't work.
- find settings in the Surge, Shutdown, wait 10 sec, turn it on again. If this doesn't work
- Restart the tracker device. Press and hold all three buttons at the same time, and hold until the clockface has faded away. This takes about 15 sec.
Try one or more, and I really hope that it will reconnect.
