Hi @FLEMMING  you might want to remove your email address from your post. This is a public forum and it's not safe. Fitbit won't contact you, so why don't you get with them? @FLEMMING you are currently logged into an account that was created 4 years ago. 

Let's go to your personal info and check your registered Email. 

Since you use a password saver on your browser let's check the stores passwords for your fitbit account.
