Unable to see in Bluetooth list

Get FB error message trying to set up and this does not show up on my Bluetooth list of items. There is an update but it will not update. How do I fix this?

Hellov@jokuhl as for the Bluetooth, the only thing here to do is make sure the Surge is not a trusted device. 

You say you get FB error, I'm not familiar with that error code. 

Also your asking about an error you get on some type of phone or computer, but no mention of which device it is. 

As you go through the setup process, at what step does it fail, and what error do you get?

I contacted Fitbit and my iPhone X is NOT a device that is supported or can connect with Surge at this time. So all you IPhone X folks you will have to sync with another supported device. So sad!
