Unable to setup Text & Call Notifications

Hi, I just purchased my Surge today and cannot get the text and call notifications set up. When I go into the settings on the app to turn on notifications it says to turn them on but does not give me the option to turn them on (if that makes sense). It is almost like the screen is too big and I can't get to the button to turn on. I have an LG G4 and it isn't on the list of devices but the G3 and G2 is so not sure why the G4 wouldn't work. Can some please help? Is the notifications not going to work?

There is another thread on here with the same problem I think the solution was in the settings on your phone to make the screen (text )smaller then it allows you to see the button to enable call notifications.

Thank you! I have another question not sure if you can help, but the text are coming through now but it just say 1 text message. I can't actually see the text. Do you know why that is?

You need to go into your phone settings then messages and enable preview. When you see the notification for a text you need to tap on it on the surge to view. Hope this helps.

Have you tried tapping the message on your surge?

I'm sorry I don't know what else to suggest except restating your phone and maybe reset the surge by holding the left button and bottom right button until the screen fades or the fitbit sign comes on. Once it's off use the left button to turn it back on.
