There are many posts re sudden battery drain issue after the last firmware update and the most successful solution to this problem for many users impacted is turning off all day sync in the mobile app. I really would have thought that the fitbit moderators should have the latest solutions at hand to the numerous Surge issues that exist? Then again there are so many that it maybe an incredible feat to be able to remember them all or have quick access and reverting to the standard reset and contact customer support is the easier path for them I guess.
