Without knowing the specifics of what you have tried and any error messages you have received it is not possible to provide any help.

I have had my Surge for almost 12 months without any issues, however I am now having the exact same problem, which has only started a few weeks ago. When did your sync issue begin?

Try this way.

Reset yr surge >> set Bluetooth to "pair". You suppose will see the Surge (classic) then click to connect and do pairing. Make sure no other mobile device paired the surge, else you won't able pair it..It should work now..if still not working throw it in to ocean...:(

Hey hey hey @mysmartwatch and @rexology welcome to the Fitbit Community! 🙂 Have you checked if your iOS app is updated to the latest version? If after checking this and rebooting your Surge your Fitbit doesn't want to sync with your iOS I would suggest to set it up as a new device.

Hope this helps. Have a wonderful day! 😄

My iOS is 9.1.

I have tried before removed and add as new device, the problem remain.

I think the problem is when my phone connected to other Bluetooth device, sure it can't connect to surge, this is well known because Bluetooth only connect one a time.

After I disconnected my phone from other Bluetooth device, I try click to re-connect surge but somehow it failed😂😇😇, attempt many times but disappointed.

Reset the surge sometime it success re-connect to my phone....how stupid this surge...wasting my money and time to do the so call stupid action...in fact this is Fitbit engineers' job to test ensure no such bugs before released to market.

What I should say I already lost confidence to Fitbit brand, how can you convince me to purchase the new blaze.
