Very frustrated that my order placed on 2nd Feb 2017 has still not shipped. At the time the order was placed it was back order 3 - 4 weeks. Yet 8 weeks later no shipment.
I keep being told I can have their least popular Tangerine Surge but that is not something I can wear daily as it is a very unappealing colour to me.
I am told they haven't shipped a single black surge in 2 months - I find that hard to believe.
This is really dis-satisfactory customer service! Disappointing!
