Want to Trade a Large Surge for a Small? I have a Small but need a Large.

I have a fitbit surge that I received as a gift. It is in great condition.  However, the size is a small and, although it fits, I really need a large.  By the time I decided to go exchange the band, I found out that I was outside of the 45 day exchange window (since my wife apparently bought it nearly a month before she gave it to me).  That's the background.  If anyone has a large but wants a small, I would love to hear from you!!!

It's great to see you around @paul1454. Fitbit doesn't offer exchanges or upgrades. If your wife purchased the tracker with us, I recommend contacting our Support Team and provide them the order confirmation number to see if you still have the 45 days warranty. If she didn't purchase the tracker with us, you can visit the retailer and follow their exchange policy.

Let me know how it goes! Woman Happy

Thanks Alejandra.  It is outside of the 45 day window (60 approx.), which is why I was seeing if I could find someone with a large that needed a small.  However, I certainly appreciate the help!

Hi Paul,

I think I found the other thread you posted on - but I am interested in trading my large for your small if you're still looking! I've had mine about 3 weeks now.

Thanks,

Kelsey

Kelsey, unfortunately my wife decided that she wanted to get in on the Fitbit bandwagon.  I ended up giving the small to her and bought a large for myself.

That being said, I heard from a lot of folks that have smalls that are looking for a large.  I guarantee that you'll be able to find someone in the same boat as I was in. Good luck!

Too bad! Thanks for getting back to me anyway.
