Have been through 3 units, first issue was a bubbled band no problem for Fitbit to replace, however the replacement lost the ability to sync in about 2 weeks, finally they replaced after trying to sell me a new unit as the warranty had expired, my problem is (I understand the one year warranty fully, but wouldn’t you expect to get a full year without a problem) am I the only one with terrible warranty Issuse or is this standard for Fitbit?

Quick update as all did not post!
on this third unit the issue is battery will not charge. And they are telling me a small discount on a new unit is all they are willing to do now that they are a golbal company and have to stick to their strict warranty.
my issue is a year is fine if you actually get a year out of their product. Very frustrating to say the least,,,,, any thoughts I’m open to hear them.
