I am quite angry at this point. In the past few months I have ran three 10km races. I used Surge in all three of them. None of these runs is actually recorded and synced with my account. I recorded two of them as "Run" and one of them as "Walk". Interestingly, other activities (including other "Walks") were synced. Basically, my most "precious" records are skipped. What is wrong with Surge recording and syncing?

Welcome to the forums!
I'm not having a problem. Are you using the mobile app as well? As you should only use one. The Surge or the Mobile app
Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

I think I know what is the problem and it is not pretty. What happens is that when I try to sync my Surge with the Android App it fails to sync (it says it keeps syncing even after 30 min). Then I stop the sync and sync it using a dongle with my laptop. The sync succeeds but the data from my exercises somehow disappears, probably because of the first sync (the data was deleted from Surge but nor transferred to the app). How can I get back my data? I would really appreciate your help.

Ditto. Mine has not synced since Monday night. My phone updated Tuesday morning and it has not worked since. I shut it on and off a couple times then noticed it did not have the right time. It was behind by about 8 minutes. I used GPS for a run today then noticed the time was corrected. I shut it off again to try reboot tonight now it's behind by 2 minutes again. Have to run tomorrow again to at least get my watch accurate again.
