Does anyone know the difference between a Heart that beats colored in and one that beats clear?

A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community @Vanfan! Hope you’re enjoying the forums. That's a really good question. A heart that beats colored shows your Resting Heart rate, it measures your heart beats when you are still, and it can be an important indicator of the health of your heart. The average resting heart rate is 60-80 beats per minute, but it’s usually lower for physically fit people. This is because, active people often have lower heart rates because their heart muscle is in better condition and doesn’t need to work as hard. Also, the average resting heart rate rises with age.
A heart that beats clear shows your BPM, it measures your heart beats per minute. When you're working out it usually shows in which of the three heart rate zones, you are. You can read more about heart rate zones in this post.
Hope this clear your question!
