I've just set up my exercise shortcuts and cycling is my predominant activity and I'd like to reorder my shortcuts so bike is first. I can't find the icons which I can drag to do this which is mentioned by all the manuals. Any help is much appreciated.

On the computer Dashboard: Click on the gear and go to settings./ Scroll down to exercise shortscuts and you will see how to move them

You can try dragging them around on the phone.
