Why can't I have two trackers?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I'm trying to add my Surge to my devices on my android phone.  The app says I have to replace the existing Zip.

I have found other articles on this website that say that I can have multiple trackers so what's going on here?

Thanks,

Ed.

That's weird. It's true that you can have multiple trackers on one account as long as they are of different types.

Was your zip nearby when you were trying to add the Surge? I wonder if it detected the zip instead of the Surge and thought you were trying to add that (which meant replacing the existing zip). If it was nearby perhaps try again with your zip as far away as you can.

It's great to see you around @TedBear. Please confirm you are doing the following from your Android Fitbit app to paired your new Surge:

1. Log in to your account
2. Tap Settings (Upper right corner)
3. Tap Devices
4. Tap the "+" sign
5. Tap the tracker you are going to paired
6. Follow the instructions

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy
