Very strange day. When I woke up this morning I found my watch showing 4500 calories burned, 1.7 miles moved, and 2950 steps. As such, immediately restarted my watch. Found everything the same. Tried a couple more times, same thing.
So I decided I will just subtract the steps, distance, and calories today in my head. After, through my normal routine, I walked 0.4 miles / ~800 steps heading to work. 20 minutes later, the steps reset back to 2950 and the distance back to 1.7 miles. HOWEVER, I have now at 8:45 AM now "burned" 5800 calories. So I'm really unable to measure anything of value other than floors and heart rate which seem to still be measuring correctly.
Any tips?

Just walked another half mile and back down to 2950 steps and 1.68 miles. Plus side, in that 20 minutes I burned an additional 200 calories and am up to 6000.........

@BillN26.2 This is odd. Check your personal settings, specially the wiegh you have on your account as this can affect the calorie calculation. Also it could be that your tracker didn't reset at midnight. Make sure to sync your tracker so it has the correct time and know that you are just starting your day. Finally you could try logging a driving activity to see if this helps removd any incorrect steps or data from your account by following @Mcore's instructions here.
