Can you change the strap on the Surge as I keep having a alergic recation to the strap and mine lloks like it's on the way out, I have thought about changing it for a metal strap but don't know if one is available.

Unfortunately you can't change the strap on the Surge as the electronics are built into it.

Surges with broken straps are usually replaced within the warranty period (2 years in Europe, 1 year elsewhere)
