Wrist band design flaw

Next time you develop a product that doesn't have a replacable wrist band - make sure the wrist band can't break in such a way that it causes the runner to get repeatedly scratched during a run until their wrist is bleeding. At least there is a 1-year warranty but maybe if you sold replacement bands customers wouldn't have to wait until issues like this arise.

Unfortunately there are no replacement bands for the Surge as the band is part of the tracker.

Fitbit released new trackers which have exchangeable bands:

• Blaze;
• Alta;
• Charge 2;
• Flex 2;
