I tried to look and search for fitbit surge wristband replacement but i cant find any. Do you know where can i buy one?

Hi, @Jhetojhe! There are no replacements for the Surge wristbands. If your wristband is defective, I would suggest contacting Fitbit Support.

Hey there @Jhetojhe welcome to the Community! As @MakMak mentioned, we do not offer Fitbit Surge replacement bands, it is a one-piece device. In order to get a faster response from support, you can contact them via phone at (877) 623-4997 M-F 4am-8pm // Sa,Su 6am-5pm (PT) or via chat. I'm sure they will be glad to assist.

 

In the meantime, I recommend checking our warranty policy.
