Wrong time zone on my Surge

I have got an replacement Surge from Fitbit, but it is telling the wrong time. It is 9 hours behind. The time zone is correct om both my IPhone and the Fitbit App.

What to do?

I manage to fix it by changing the time zone on my phone back and forth.
