battery wont last more than 2 days and wont sync

my battery will not last more than two days and my surge also wont sync at all after 3 days of problems syncing

I got a surge for Christmas and the battery only last 2 days. I don't use it for notifications or anything like that. Now it has stopped syncing and won't sync with my samsung galaxy or with my computer. I have done all the things they suggested and the dongle is plugged into the computer but nothing happens which is very frustrating. What is the point of having the watch if it doesn't work properly?

My battery doesn't last more than 2 days either Smiley Frustrated  with notifications turned off, heart rate set to Auto and Bluetooth off.  I'm not sure how much more I can turn off and still save the battery.

ive got everything knocked off & i still only get 2 days

i have to reboot my watch & put in my sign up details everytime i wont to sync to the pc
