I could at one time log information that was missed by surge but not anymore. Don't known why that might be any answer's out there

Hello, @jayjayh! Welcome to the Forums! 🙂 Hmm.. that's weird. Are you following these instructions to log the activities?

You could try to log out from the App and log back in if you keep having issues.
