cant get surge to connect to ap

My surge is working but I cant get it into set up mode to connect to the ap or my computer. Help!!! $

@SunsetRunner Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I believe the problem is that you have not paired your tracker to your account yet. This can be easily solved. Follow all the set up process steps to get it connected and working with both computer and app.

How do I get it back in "set up mode" to be able to set it to at least my
phone?

@SunsetRunner You can follow the process on this link. There is a section for iOS, Android, and Windows phones. Make sure to follow all the steps given there! Smiley Happy

I did all that and it still wont go into set up mode. It goes from the fit
bit icon right to on within seconds. This is so frustrating!
