challenge step is only show "Impact of the day" steps

My challenge steps does not include total steps taken for the day or the month. Example, I did 18,858 steps on sunday but only 7,703 steps which is "Impact of the day" steps are in my challenge steps. For the month of June I've taken a total step of 193,125 steps but the challenge is showing 83,183 which is less then my total steps showing in the dashboard.

Welcome aboard to our community @quie0218. Keep in mind that  if you manually logged an activity. Steps from manually logged activities do not count toward challenges; only steps recorded by your tracker or MobileTrack are counted toward this. also if you used MobileRun to track GPS data with your app. Only steps recorded by a tracker or MobileTrack are counted toward challenges.

Review if this is the reason and let me know how it goes.

I'm not recording my steps manually. It's all done by the Fitbit.

Hi there @quie0218. I found your reply after a while, I want to offer an apology since I did not post any recent update after your answer me. I wonder how it goes the issue, is still persisting? The last time you posted, mentioned that you were not logging manual activities that could affecting your step challenge count.

In case the issue persist, make sure all challenge participants are in the same time zone as this may affect the total step count.

Keep me posted, I'll be around giving follow up to your post.
