condensation inside surge during a hot and humid day

When it is hot and humid my surge will get condensation inside the watch. When this happens I am unable to switch between screens and it stays inside for awhile before it drys out and becomes operable again. It happen again today and I finally got it to switch over to the steps screen and it said i was up to 38,000 and some odd steps and it was going up uncontrollably.  Has anyone else seen this before? Does anyone have a reccomendation for a better quality watch that has the same functions of the surge?

Check with customer service.  it sounds like that has some leakage and they may be able to send you another.  Or, if it is new you can return it and try another.  I do not know other brands,

The activity that seems impossible today, will soon be your warm-up

I am sure there are plenty of good quality watches, but not with the functions of a fitness tracker such as the Surge. But, before giving up on the Surge, I suggest you contact support about the problem with condensation forming inside the tracker. If you are not sure how to contact Support, click on the Settings Gear icon and select Contact Support for options.

If you can't get a new tracker, after you work out, and you see the condensation, but the tracker in a bag of rice.  It will absorb the moisture.

But contact support, as that isn't normal.

@B252 Welcome to our Community! As @USAF-Larry @Bobbinyc @JohnRi This isn't normal but if it happens you can use a bowl of rice and also contact our Support Team. I just wanted to add that I remember and member here commenting that he used a sport wristband made some incisions and wear it with the tracker to minimize the amount of sweat getting on the tracker (this is only a suggestions since I thought it was a great idea but you don't need to do it).

Let me know how it goes!
