fitbit for Christmas.  band broke.  sent a new one.  this one will not get out of configuration mode.  these things suck.  wish i would have gotten a Garmin or TomTom for Christmas.

Hi @dave123456 welcome to the Community! when you say that your new one won't get out from the configuration mode, do you mean that you can't complete the set up process? if so, I would like you to tell me if you are getting an error when trying to pair it. In the meantime you can followed the instructions on this post to make sure you set it up your tracker correctly.
