connection to profile after repairing

Hi there,

my surge watch was repaired and got substituted by a brand new smart watch. I was asked to do the whole setup again. But since I already have my profile, I don't know how to connect a new device to an existing profile.

 

Would be great if someone could help me.

Go to your dashboard on the website and click on the gear in the upper right, then on the Surge. Go all the way to the bottom of the screen and you should see an option to remove the old tracker from your account. After that, just add  the new tracker like you did originally to your account. If you are using a mobile device you should see an option to add a new tracker in the menu.
