I recently purchased Fitbit surge from UK and brought it to India. Now when I try to setup for the first time and sync it with my laptop running on Windows 10, I keep getting this error message - could not complete your fitbit surge update. Please help me in fixing this issue.
Software - Fitbit 2.8.509(27240)
