I've got a 'new-open box' fitbit surge without the original box. Does anyone have an original box? It doesn't look good without it. Please let me know if you do.

The boxes have the serial number of the Fitbit on them. You don't need a box to use and enjoy the device. It will look good on your wrist, which is much better than being in a box.
