fitbit surge unable to pair for there is no display on the screen

I update the surge and restart it stuck halfway. After that, I found the surge doesn't display anything. I tried to pair it with my laptop but I found that there is no pairing code on the screen of my surge. Is there anyone who can bypass  the pairing stage or hack in to read the pairing code on the laptop, please let my know as soon as possible. Many thanks.

Welcome to the Community @CharlieChen! The only way to set up your Fitbit Surge is by getting the code and writing it down. 

 

If you're not getting anything on the display, most likely you won't get any code because it's the display that's not working properly not the set up process. Please confirm that you did a restart, if after this the display is still not working then please contact Customer Support so they can further assist.

Thanks for replying my post. It seems there is no way for me to bypass this stage, after I tried get the pairing code on the computer instead of the Surge.I am trying to figure out a way for me to get the pairing code sent from my PC.

@CharlieChen Thanks for those details. When you're setting it up your Surge, you should get the pairing code in your tracker and you need to enter it into your PC. Could you please double check you're doing this set up instructions?
