iPad and Surge issues

The iPad I had connected my surge to crashed and burned. I have no way of disconnecting it from my surge. Now my surge will not connect with any other computer or phone. Is there something I can do to sync it and see my progress?

Sorry to hear about your iPad!!

 

Is your iPad absolutely for sure turned off? If your Surge senses it is connected to one device, it won't connect to another. I would move your iPad to another room and try again.

 

If that is not the problem, you should be able to connect.  If using another iOS device, open the app, click on account, click "+ Set Up a Device".  That should add your Surge.
