just got it today andive been messing with it for hours and nothing. it says it needs to update before it will work well when i try to up date it cant complete update every time. the screen says lets get started and thats it. ive had it plugged up to charge. still nothing ive pressed and held buttons to turn on and off and nothing. i cant get it to do anything

@jahines A warm welcome to our Fitbit Community! So sorry to hear that your Fitbit Surge can't complete the firmware updated. As my friend @Ozzie65 said, try restarting your Fitbit and if it doesn't work, I recommend contacting our Customer Support team so they can investigate further and get this issue sorted out.
