I just purchased a used fitbit and opened my own account, I put in my info and I was immediately awarded badges from months ago. How do I fix this?

@airswish99 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! That is strange! If you opened a new account you shouldn't have any badges at all. Can you double check on the online dashboard by going to your profile and then checking on the right column where it says "My Achievements"? There it should show if you have any badges (under "top badges"). If you do have some, please send me a screen shot so I can investigate further!
