On the advice of your helpdesk, I sent my Surge to Fitbit Returns Center in Venray, the Netherlands. All this with reference to my case number.
The helpdesk promised that my Surge would be replaced. But so far, I have not received any reaction or replacement product.
What should I do now to get my Surge back or get a replacement product?
