not auto logging cycle rides

Hi my charge hr does not always auto log my cycle rides, any one any ideas why this would be? Thanks.

@sarahvw Welcome to the Fitbit Community! The SmartTrack option will recognize your cycle rides if the activity lasted more than 10 minutes. It is possible that it wasn't recognized, so try a restart. The cycling activity, I recommend to manually log it on your dashboard so you will not loose it. After the restart it should work properly.
