"Run" option now appears under Exercise

I just changed the Exercise Shortcuts on my Surge via the Android app to include Bike, and now a "Run" option appears, that can't be deleted. How is this different from the "Free Run" option under Run, and why is it unable to be deleted when there is a separate menu just for running?

I changed the exercises via the website vice the app and that fixed it.
