My surge will sync my steps to my galaxy s8 plus but my s8 will not send notifications to my surge.  Anyone else having issues

I am having issues also. I get my calendar alerts but not my texts. I thought it was my versa so I exchanged it and I am having same issue.

I bought a Samsung S3 frontier and I love it. Works great many additional features.
