surge band coming apart at screws

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My band has split at the four screws and is now pulling away from the actual fitbit. I tried to snap it back into place but the cracked rubber is now scratching my wrist. I bought this just last year in April but I'm afraid I don't remember the date, as I haven't located my receipt yet. I am devastated and definitely unable to buy a new one, as it's only been a year and this was $249. Is there anything fitbit can do to help? I've heard there are no replacement bands? Can someone suggest something I can do?

Put some super glue under the crack, and it holds up just fine. Did it with my Surge, and now it's as good as new.
