Need help guys , my fitbit surge heart rate monitor stopped working , and so as the led lights ,lights are out , and as I checked my history , I just found out that my heart rate monitor stopped a long time ago . I already tried the reset and restart many times but it doesn't seem to work for me . Please help any suggestions .

If you have restarted it many times then its time to contact support to see what they can do for you
